We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns after 14 days will unfortunately not be accepted. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for return shipping charges. We do not provide return labels. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, no stains or defects, no smells of any kind, with tags, and all packing slips included in the return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you are returning shoes, you must return the shoes in the original box undamaged and package the shoe box in another box for shipping to protect the items. If the shoe box is damaged or altered in any way from the original condition the return will be refused.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Only up to 2 returns per customer a month will be accepted. Multiple and excessive returns per month will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us by email and provide your name (first and last), your order number, the item name, and provide a photo of the defective or damaged item in your email.
If we are not notified within 3 days of you receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.
Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, computer monitor resolutions, and indoor/outdoor lighting. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to us is attempted.

If we receive a sale item returned to us, a shipping invoice will be sent to you via email for the unaccepted return. You are responsible for paying the invoice within 5 business days after we email the invoice. If you do not pay the invoice, the unaccepted return will not be returned to you and we will not issue a refund.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for jewelry (earrings, necklaces, rings, etc.), hair accessories (clips, headbands, hair ties, scrunchies, etc.), intimate items such as bralettes, bodysuits, swimwear, or leggings. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
After checkout, orders cannot be changed, modified or canceled.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We cannot guarantee that your size or the item you'd like to exchange will be in stock.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
